The online form is the most difficult I have ever attempted. They want data on diversity (sex/color) of your non profit board and the recipients that will benefit from the donation. It is very complex. We are a small non profit and just looking for a gift card to the local store. I abandoned my application after 45 minutes and realizing that I didn't have the answers to many of the questions. They even get into percent of transgender etc. Might be worth it for a large request for but for small not worth the work.
