Nike partners with the NB3 Foundation, an organization focused on ensuring that Native American children are able to reach their full potential by advancing community health through sport and play. Customers are able to round up their purchases at checkout to support this foundation.
In addition, Nike’s program “Give Your Best” matches Nike employee donations to nonprofit organizations. In addition, Nike will donate $10 per every hour volunteered to the charity of the employee’s choosing. Since 2017, Nike has donated over $12 million to nonprofits on Giving Tuesday.
Nike employees are also able to participate in the Nike Community Ambassador Program by volunteering in local schools and communities as youth coaches. Since they’ve started this program over 6,700 employees have participated and became volunteer youth coaches.
