SPAMMING IS PROHIBITED
Spamming which involves sending commercial and similar messages to a large number of organizations that have product donation or grant programs on theshareway.com is not allowed. We reserve the right to determine what is spam and to remove any users who send spam messages or applications.
SCAMS AND FRAUD ARE NOT ALLOWED
Scams and fraud, which are wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain, are not allowed on services and products provided by ShareWay, Inc. Any scam or fraud-based donation requests or grant applications will be immediately disabled and removed. We reserve the right to remove any users who have committed scams or fraud.
BILLING
Users subscribe to an annual or monthly fee to access ShareWay, Inc.’s services. See Payment of Fees in the full Terms and Conditions for details.
REFUND POLICIES
ShareWay, Inc. will grant full refunds within 30 days of any charge, no questions asked. Beyond 30 days, refunds are granted rarely and at the discretion of ShareWay, Inc.’s team.
CONTENT
ShareWay, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy of funders’ sponsorship, donation, or grant program policies and application processes. We conduct quality checks on the information we have provided. However, when funders update their sponsorhip, donation, or grant program details, it is possible that our content may be outdated or inaccurate.
In addition, ShareWay, Inc. reserves the right to use user-submitted content for any business or product purpose, including marketing material and testimonials.
DONATION REQUEST AND GRANT APPLICATIONS
Users must submit applications to funders for valid and real events and programs.
FUNDERS
Funders may not require users to submit ratings and reviews as a requirement for product donation or grant approval. We reserve the right to remove any funder from ShareWay, Inc.’s funder directory. We will review each removal on an annual basis.
TERM VIOLATION
We reserve the right to remove users who violate any part or parts of the full Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

This website is operated by ShareWay, Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ShareWay, Inc. ShareWay, Inc. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. ShareWay, Inc. processes payment over Stripe. By purchasing our product, you agree to Stripe’s
encryption policies. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change. Customers paying a subscription fee will be provided the option to explicitly agree to any price increase before their next payment is due, or their subscription may be terminated. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 6 - PAYMENT OF FEES
You will pay the Fees applicable to your subscription to ShareWay, Inc.’s Services (“Subscription Fees”). The Subscription Fees are referred to as the “Fees”. You must keep a valid credit card on file with us to pay for all incurred and recurring Fees. ShareWay, Inc. will charge applicable Fees to the credit card account that you authorize (“Authorized Card”), and ShareWay, Inc. will continue to charge the Authorized Card (or any replacement card) for applicable Fees until the Services are terminated, and any and all outstanding Fees have been paid in full. Unless otherwise indicated, all Fees and other charges are in U.S. dollars, and all payments shall be in U.S. currency. Subscription Fees are paid in advance and will be billed in monthly or annual intervals (each such date, a “Billing Date”) depending on your subscription plan. You will be charged on each Billing Date for all outstanding Fees that have not previously been charged. Fees will appear on an invoice, which will be sent to the Account Owner via the email provided. If we are not able to process payment of Fees using the Authorized Card, we will make two more attempts. If our final attempt is not successful, we may suspend and revoke access to your Account. Your Account will be reactivated upon your payment of any outstanding Fees, plus the Fees applicable to your next Billing Cycle. You will not be able to access your Account during any period of suspension. All Fees are exclusive of applicable federal, provincial, state, local or other governmental sales, goods and services, harmonized or other taxes, fees or charges now in force or enacted in the future (“Taxes”). You are responsible for all applicable Taxes that arise from or as a result of your subscription to or purchase of ShareWay, Inc.’s products and services. These Taxes are based on the rates applicable to the billing address you provide to us. Such amounts are in addition to the Fees for such products and services and will be billed to your Authorized Card. If you are exempt from payment of such Taxes, you must provide us with evidence of your exemption, which in some jurisdictions includes an original certificate that satisfies applicable legal requirements attesting to tax-exempt status. Tax exemption will only apply from and after the date we receive evidence satisfactory to ShareWay, Inc. of your exemption. If you are not charged Taxes by ShareWay, Inc., you are responsible for determining if Taxes are payable, and if so, self-remitting Taxes to the appropriate tax authorities in your jurisdiction.
SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will remain a member until the end of your billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the ShareWay, Inc. Service or your Account for any reason, without notice at any time.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. These tools may collect personal data, and users should check with the providers themselves for further information. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, including, but not limited to your name, address, phone number, organization name, and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our site, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, it implies that you consent to our collecting your personal information and using it for that specific reason only. SECTION 4 - STRIPE
Our payment is processed by Stripe. They provide us with the payment system that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Stripe’s data storage, databases and the general Stripe application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We take no responsibility for any data breach or service failure involving Stripe. By processing your payments with us, you also agree to Stripe’s
Privacy Policy.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
