The busiest season for soliciting in-kind donations is around the corner in January. Armed with new budgets, many companies re-open their donation programs at the beginning of the year. We launched exciting new features this winter to gear you up for success in 2025!

Quickly copy and paste application information

Say goodbye to finding the Word document with your donation request information. Now within TheShareWay’s Apply view, you can directly edit your event and organization information. Then, in the same view, copy and paste your donation request information directly into the donor’s application page. When you’re submitting 100+ donation requests, we know the small details matter. Even one minute saved is huge!

A limited set of event and organization fields are available for copy and paste on the Free and Plus plans. To get access to copy and paste for all fields, including mailing address, event description, EIN, and mission statement, upgrade to Pro or All Access.

Save time with our email, mail, and fax templates

Having trouble finding last year’s solicitation templates? No sweat. Access request templates directly in the Apply view.

Edit your organization’s EIN, mission, and website

We get several emails a week about editing your organization’s information. This feature is finally live! Go to “Account” and “Organization details” to update your organization’s name, EIN, ZIP code, website, and mission.

Remember to keep this data up-to-date, so you can use it when submitting applications with our copy and paste shortcuts 💪.

Get the right donor newsletter in your inbox on Mondays

Are you getting the right donor newsletters on Mondays? We send four donor newsletters: South, West, Midwest, and Northeast. These newsletters highlight donors that were added and donors that approved donations in that region the past week. To get the right newsletter, update your organization’s ZIP code. Go to “Account” and “Organization details” to update your ZIP code.

100+ new grants added every week

We launched Grants in May and are picking up the pace on sourcing new grants. Every week, we add over 100 grants. If you haven’t created a project yet, be sure to do so now so you are notified when grants relevant to your mission and location are added!
