Mission
The Henry T. Nicholas, III Foundation is committed to supporting victims' rights, especially focusing on victims of violent crime. Dr. Nicholas, motivated by his sister Marsy's murder in 1983, has played a pivotal role in the victims' rights movement. His efforts led to the passing of Marsy's Law in California, a comprehensive Victims' Bill of Rights, and he continues to push for a national movement to enshrine such rights in the U.S. Constitution. The Foundation provides extensive support to victims' rights organizations, utilizing legal, technical, and media resources to bolster their initiatives.
