The mission of the Nobbs Foundation is to empower and enable disadvantaged but aspiring children and young adults to reach their dreams and become independent, productive, and self-sufficient. The Foundation supports organizations in Southern California that provide education, scholarships, training, and mentoring, dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through these means.
