Bank of New Hampshire’s Banking on Kindness Community Outreach Program focuses on investing time, resources, and passion into organizations that have a significant, positive impact on local communities. The program includes donations and sponsorships targeting organizations committed to the local communities with a proven track record of making a positive difference. The bank has an annual giving focus to direct efforts towards a specific community need each year, with the 2023 focus being on Youth Services. Applications for both donations and sponsorships are reviewed quarterly, and events sponsored must be scheduled at least 30 days after the quarter's notification date to allow adequate processing time.
The Contributions Committee will prioritize organizations, projects, or programs that are in line with its current strategic direction. Additionally, preference will be shown to organizations that have an existing banking relationship and/or connections through employee volunteerism or board membership.
