Fast Track Grants Program

From Byrne Family Foundation

Founded in 2009, the Byrne Family Foundation Trust (BFFT) is dedicated to championing children's educational growth, improving educational opportunities for children both at school and within the home, and supporting animal welfare in the local communities. The foundation primarily focuses on educational funding across various stages, including early childhood, K-12, leadership/teacher development, and post-secondary/higher learning. A portion of its giving also supports animal welfare initiatives. BFFT supports projects in Dallas, Texas, and Park City, Utah, reflecting the trustees' home regions.

Type of Support

Overview

The Fast Track grant program by the Byrne Family Foundation Trust aims to address urgent community needs. Introduced in 2022, this program features a streamlined application process, no reporting requirements, and promises rapid fund distribution within the same month of application. However, grants are not offered in October and December. This initiative primarily supports educational programs and animal welfare initiatives within specific geographic areas favored by the trustees, namely Dallas, Texas, and Park City, Utah. The Fast Track grant represents BFFT's commitment to timely and efficient support for urgent projects, with expectations for the program to evolve over time.
