The fund emerges from the Glick family’s long-standing generosity and commitment to instilling philanthropic values within their family and company. It works to make a significant impact in its community by supporting a wide range of causes.

The grant program focuses on improving the quality of life for older adults in central Indiana through responsive and strategic grantmaking. It targets four main impact areas: basic needs, health & wellness, living environment of choice, and life-affirming opportunities, addressing the unique needs and opportunities of the aging population. The goal is to ensure seniors have equitable access to essential services and can live with dignity and worth.

  • Serve seniors residing in the Central Indiana 8-County Region (Marion and the 7 surrounding counties)
  • Eligible for operating and program support
  • Only organizations with a mission exclusively serving seniors may submit requests for operating support

Ineligibility

Organizations or projects that discriminate based on race, religion, ethnicity, age, gender, or sexual orientation
Grants to individuals
Political campaigns or activities intended to influence public officials
Projects aimed at promoting a particular religion
Construction projects of schools, churches, or other religious institutions
Special events or fundraising activities
Post-event or after-the-fact situations or debt retirement
Basic medical, scientific, or academic research
