Pathway to Sustainability Fund Grant

The Pathway to Sustainability Fund aims to strengthen Madison County direct social service organizations by encouraging them to focus on their mission, collaborate to leverage resources, and track outcomes. This grant program supports nonprofits in their efforts to assist clients through various stages of their journey toward sustainability, including overcoming crisis, making transitions, achieving stability, experiencing growth, and reaching a state of abundance. Each stage encompasses different focus areas such as homeless shelters, mental health crisis care, transitional housing programs, health care programs, affordable housing, education and certification programs, and more, tailored to the unique needs of clients at each phase. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to foster a productive, self-reliant community through a collaborative, focused approach to direct social services.
