Salary or administrative support must not exceed 30% of requested funding
Institutions outside Johnson County are eligible if they operate programs within or benefit youth of Johnson County

Debt retirement or budget deficits
Endowment funds or general fundraising campaigns

Review Criteria
Priority will be extended to entities whose initiatives involve motivating young individuals through the cultivation of leadership abilities, collaborating with community groups, educational institutions, and various establishments centered on youth.
