Overview

Opportunity Grants target urgent needs, emerging opportunities, and innovative health-related projects in New Hampshire. These grants are designed for initiatives that could include technical assistance, projects that propose new solutions, or those that contribute to the knowledge base on improving health. The program offers funding ranging from $1,000 to $20,000, typically for projects lasting a year or less and requiring only one-time funding. A final report summarizing the project's outcomes is mandated upon completion. Applications are reviewed continuously, with decisions made within six weeks of each month's end.
