Overview

The EQT Foundation's grant program is designed to support organizations and programs that have a direct and positive impact on the community and its residents, particularly in locations where EQT Corporation operates. The Foundation prioritizes funding for proposals that are innovative, well-analyzed, and demonstrate an ability to address critical issues effectively. It focuses on three main areas:

  1. Community Enrichment: Supporting initiatives that foster diverse, safe, healthy, and sustainable communities to promote residential, commercial, and economic growth. This includes food banks, libraries, arts and music programs, and community festivals.
  2. Education and Workforce: Encouraging proficiency in STEM topics among youth and supporting training programs for a skilled future workforce. This category includes in-school STEM curricula, science camps, and professional development for teachers.
  3. Environment: Aiding in the preservation of natural resources and promoting conservation efforts to minimize environmental impact. Supported projects may include community gardens, watershed conservation, and the preservation of green spaces.
