The Foundation for Community Health (FCH) is dedicated to addressing the living conditions that affect health, well-being, and equity. They focus on strategic and equitable resource allocation to support parts of the community with the greatest needs, ensuring all aspects of the community foster the conditions necessary for health, well-being, and equity.
The Rapid Response Grant Program by FCH aims to support emergency and/or time-sensitive needs of organizations whose activities align with FCH's mission and funding priorities. This includes responding to unexpected, unplanned events or situations that require immediate action (Emergency) as well as short-term opportunities (Time Sensitive). For the past year, the program has allocated less than $5,000 in total funds available for these purposes.
