The "Stop Trafficking on the Plains" (STOP) Fund is a grant program designed to combat trafficking in the Greater Grand Island area by supporting initiatives in education and prevention, justice, and support/treatment. The program emphasizes preventing new trafficking victims, developing and enforcing laws to prosecute traffickers while protecting victims, and aiding in the restoration and rehabilitation of trafficking survivors.
