Projects that will be looked upon favorably include those that: Reach a wide range of the county's residents. Address the general needs of the county and make efficient use of existing resources. Are designed as pilot projects with the potential for replication. Show promise for obtaining ongoing support. Have successfully attracted diverse sources of funding.
