Overview

Metro's Regional Refresh Fund aims at supporting community-led cleanup efforts specifically targeting underserved communities within the greater Portland area. The program looks to enhance livability and service equity by providing flexible, low-barrier funding for immediate needs related to cleanup, waste reduction, or prevention efforts. Eligible expenses range from acquiring supplies and promotional materials to covering disposal costs and organizing repair or reuse events, with funding of up to $5,000 available per project or event to aid in promoting community effort and engagement in maintaining cleanliness and reducing waste in underserved areas.
