The Texas Bar Foundation aims to improve the rule of law and the justice system in Texas by focusing on the administration of justice, ethics in the legal profession, offering legal assistance to the needy, fostering legal research, publications, and forums, and educating the public about these areas.
The Texas Bar Foundation’s grant program is designed to support projects within key areas: Legal Services for the Underserved, Education about the Third Branch of Government, Ethics and Professionalism in the Legal Profession, Administration of Justice, and Victims Legal Services. The program provides funding to enhance the rule of law and the system of justice in Texas, especially for programs that relate to the administration of justice; ethics in the legal profession; legal assistance for the needy; the encouragement of legal research, publications and forums; and the education of the public on the third branch of the government.
