The Promoting Results and Outcomes through Policy and Economic Levers (PROPEL) Annual Program Statement (APS) aims to support efforts that improve the availability and quality of health services, with a particular focus on voluntary, rights-based family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH). The program also seeks to integrate FP/RH with maternal and child health (MCH) and HIV/AIDS initiatives.
