United Way Suncoast aims to improve lives and make lasting community changes by mobilizing community members to give, advocate, and volunteer. Their mission focuses on providing pathways to education and financial stability, ensuring everyone in the community has the opportunity to rise.
United Way Suncoast is inviting applications from non-profits for funding programs that support early learning, financial stability, and youth success, specifically targeting the ALICE population - those who are employed but still struggle financially. They offer funding ranging from $30,000 to $150,000 annually for up to three years, depending on the program's performance and fund availability. The goal is to invest in community partners that support ALICE households through innovative approaches to ensure the success of children, youth, adults, and families. There are six funding streams available across their five-county footprint, focused on early learning, financial stability, and youth success initiatives.
