The Community Possible Grant Program by U.S. Bank Foundation aims to support organizations working towards economic and workforce advancement, providing safe and affordable housing, and enhancing communities through arts and culture. The program emphasizes:

  1. Economic and Workforce Advancement: Supports small businesses, workforce development, financial literacy, and pathways to education to ensure prosperity and reduce wealth gaps, particularly in communities of color.

  2. Safe and Affordable Housing: Provides financial assistance for accessing stable, efficient housing. This includes support for affordable housing construction, transitional housing, veterans housing, green homes, and energy retrofit programs for low- and moderate-income families.

  3. Communities Connected Through Arts and Culture: Focuses on making arts and cultural programming accessible to underserved communities, enhancing the economic vitality of the community through the arts, and supporting active play-based programs for K-12 students in low- and moderate-income communities.

The grant supports diverse efforts like homebuyer education, small business technical assistance, job skills training, post-secondary educational preparation, senior financial fraud prevention, and environmental stewardship.
