The grant focuses on supporting the Nigerian interagency in enhancing their crisis response capabilities. The primary goals are to help identify current practices in creating crisis response plans, the stakeholders involved in this process, and the efficacy of these plans through testing. The program aims to strengthen the Nigerian interagency's ability to develop, revise, and implement effective crisis response plans by providing training, mentorship, and simulation exercises. Additionally, it seeks to enable the Nigerian interagency to independently maintain and update their crisis response strategies through the development of their own training programs and exercises.
