Versacare Foundation is an independent, self-funded lay organization that has been supporting Seventh-day Adventist ministries and select humanitarian efforts with financial grants since 1990. Comprised of lay Adventists and current and former Adventist church employees, its mission is to further the Kingdom of God and restore the “image of God” in those in need.
The Versafund Grant Program by the Versacare Foundation offers three levels of potential funding, with the Catalyst Grant being the smallest, ranging from $2,500 to $10,000. This grant aims to provide a financial boost to programs and projects in need. It specifically caters to applicants new to the grant application process by simplifying requirements. The projects prioritized for funding encompass a broad array of initiatives including church community engagement, support for disadvantaged or underserved communities, general and science education, health and wellness, humanitarian efforts, social justice, and programs benefiting women, children, youth, and young adults.
