GENERALLY LIMITED TO 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES TO ECONOMICALLY AND SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUTH SPECIAL NEEDS INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AS WELL AS EDUCATION PROGRAMMING IN GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS IN WHICH THE WASHINGTON COMPANIES OPERATE.
