APPLICANTS MUST ALSO PROVIDE AN IRS 501(C)(3) TAX EXEMPT LETTER, A DESCRIPTION OF THE GRANT PROPOSAL, INCLUDING A BUDGET FOR ANY PROJECT BEING FUNDED, RELEVENT INFORMATION ABOUT THE APPLICANT ORGANIZATION, AND THE APPLICANT'S MOST RECENT ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND OPERATING BUDGET.
