The grant program is designed to support projects and programs with a few key characteristics: they must offer year-round programming, provide direct services to individuals that reflect the core social mission of the organization, address a community need with demonstrated demand, benefit underserved populations, and have measurable outcomes with documented results and potential for long-term sustainability. Additionally, successful applications will show diversified income streams with effective financial accountability, involve collaboration with other organizations, complement rather than duplicate existing non-profit work, and be submitted from organizations with at least three years of operational experience. Furthermore, the project or program applying for must have at least one complete year of operation with a report showing measurable impact available prior to applying.
