The Marshall County Disabled Children and Adults Fund via the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley aims to support individuals in Marshall County with needs associated with their disability, following the disbandment of the Marshall County Easter Seal Society in 2013.

Overview

The Breaking Barriers for a Better Community grant, formerly known as FACTS Impact, supports organizations in the greater Wheeling area working towards eliminating employment barriers. It places a special emphasis on funding collaborative projects aimed at reducing or eradicating service duplications among non-profits, fostering a more unified and efficient approach to tackling community issues.
