The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is committed to achieving positive impact with regard to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the CFO service area.
The Inclusion and Belonging Fund aims to support equitable participation and engagement in local communities, focusing on ensuring diverse voices are represented in leadership roles and providing equitable opportunities for community engagement and leadership. The fund supports small grant requests for expenses related to these goals as well as for event expenses that promote a sense of belonging in the Ozarks. The total available funding is $40,000, with a maximum award of $3,000 per agency per year.
