FNBO's grant program supports nonprofit organizations and community events that align with its community vision and goals, specifically in areas contributing to the improvement of financial well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The program offers community sponsorships and capital or major donations for purposes such as fundraisers, cultural enhancement events, general operations of organizations, and specific projects like capital campaigns or construction. These efforts are aligned with FNBO's priority community goals: affordable housing, entrepreneurship support, individual financial well-being, and environmental impact, with the intent to strengthen the communities they serve. Requests for support are reviewed monthly to ensure timely assistance to community partners.
