From February 1 to May 31, the program shifts its focus towards education (with a specific emphasis on need-based institutional scholarships), at-risk youth & families (including support for abused, neglected, and disadvantaged children, adoption & foster care, victims of domestic abuse, and homelessness), and international humanitarian aid.
