The mission of the Henry E. Niles Foundation is to help in the nurturing and uplifting of people in need. The Foundation supports humanitarian efforts, including faith-based endeavors.

Overview

The Henry E. Niles Foundation grant program operates with a rolling application process, with no set deadlines, and convenes its Boards 10 times a year to review applications. Each meeting, up to thirty-five applications are considered. Note, the foundation is not currently accepting applications from new organizations.

Organizations mainly reliant on third-party funding with little effort to attract private funding
Applicants declined may not reapply for at least two years, and must detail changes from the prior application.

Submission

Review Criteria

The Foundation is especially keen on supporting organizations that foster collaborations and joint ventures between various groups and entities. It is inclined towards pilot projects that explore innovative program frameworks. Proposals that outline clear strategies for financial viability will be prioritized.
