The Black Community Fund (BCF), established at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation by the Hall Family Foundation in 1983, supports nonprofit organizations that focus on enhancing the socio-economic aspects of the African American community in Greater Kansas City. For over 30 years, BCF has been dedicated to investing in the growth and improvement of this community through grants to 501(c)(3) organizations, demonstrating a long-term commitment to racial equity and socio-economic advancement in the region.
