Review Criteria

The Foundation is open to examining all grant applications; however, the Beneficiary Committee will prioritize proposals from non-profit organizations previously backed by Mr. and Mrs. Phillips. Applications not fitting this criterion will undergo assessment based on various factors such as the nature of the services provided, the client base size, fiscal health, and the overarching necessity of the requesting organization.
