Review Criteria

Grants will be preferentially awarded to initiatives that:

  • Show potential for lasting effects and support programs grounded in proven research that aim to improve education or foster better health outcomes.
  • Focus on serving children who come from households with limited assets, specifically targeting families that earn at or less than 200% of the federal poverty level.
  • Are structured to produce tangible outcomes.
  • Offer assistance to entities that work together to enhance the well-being of children experiencing poverty.
