Overview

The grant program, N2N, aims to support grassroots organizations and efforts that strive for greater equity by enhancing community engagement, power, and influence, particularly among populations affected by poverty and racial disparities. N2N focuses on increasing community-initiated efforts through funding, demonstrating effective strategies for systemic change, and strengthening the community’s influence on practices, programs, initiatives, and policies. Priority is given to initiatives led by individuals from diverse and under-invested communities. The program supports increased engagement of residents, the development of effective support networks between communities and funders, and the amplification of community voices through N2N advisory members.
