The Stouder Memorial Foundation aims to provide assistance to organizations that deliver health care services in Miami County, with a continued major support focus on Upper Valley Medical Center, after transitioning from servicing solely the Stouder Memorial Hospital to a broader health care support role within the community.

Project G.I.F.T. focuses on funding new and existing community programs in Troy with the aim of addressing local needs. Annually, it allocates up to $5,000, capping individual grants at $500. This initiative is part of the Teen Leadership Troy program by the Troy Area Chamber, designed to engage teens in the grant selection and awards process. Grant recipients are expected to attend an awards ceremony hosted by The Troy Foundation, highlighting the importance of community involvement and support.
