The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ) mission is to produce evidence to make healthcare safer, higher quality, more accessible, equitable, and affordable, and to work within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and with other partners to make sure that the evidence is understood and used.
The AHRQ Small Research Grant Program aims to support small research initiatives that can be efficiently conducted with limited resources and within a short timeframe. It encompasses a broad range of project types, including pilot and feasibility studies, secondary data analysis, small self-contained research projects, the development of research methodology, and the innovation of new research technology.
