Type of Support

Overview

The Wabtec Foundation's grant program aims to support local communities, with a preference for non-profits that focus on education and the environment. Specific causes supported include literacy, improving academic outcomes, financial literacy, workforce readiness, global entrepreneurship, advocacy for education, natural resource management, reducing pollution, and advocating for environmental stewardship. Grants typically range from $1,000 to $10,000 and are awarded based on the scope and scale of the program. Preference is given to organizations where Wabtec employees are engaged and that focus on a local community where Wabtec has operations. Organizations may only be funded once per calendar year.
