The Stronger Neighborhoods Grants program by BCF supports projects and programs that aim to enhance community safety, cleanliness, environmental sustainability, and vibrancy. Specific areas of focus include crime prevention, interventions addressing issues like gun violence and traffic safety; efforts to combat pollution, trash, and vandalism; projects that integrate plant life and promote sustainability and urban agriculture; and initiatives that enhance the cultural, social, and physical appeal of neighborhoods. Proposals are encouraged to be developed in collaboration with community residents and organizations, demonstrating widespread community support.
