Successful applications must demonstrate potential benefits to the community within one or more of the following five key areas: 1) Community Facilities, 2) Educational Opportunities for all ages, 3) Recreational and Leisure Activities, 4) Exposure to Fine and Performing Arts, and 5) Community Health and Safety.
