The Bob Woodruff Foundation Grants Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of the military and veteran community, including their families and caregivers. It provides funding for programmatic efforts that: improve social determinants of health; reduce barriers to accessing physical and mental healthcare; increase accessibility to programs promoting healthy lifestyles; and enhance veterans' opportunities to thrive post-service. Applications are accepted year-round, with grants awarded semi-annually.
