Type of Support

Overview

The Community Champions program by Constellation offers small grants, up to $500, to its customers for community projects that they are passionate about. Since the program's start, nearly 2,500 projects in 28 states have benefited. The program focuses on supporting causes such as community tree planting, mentoring programs, library or recreation center makeovers, and youth sports. Key guiding principles for grant consideration include a focus on education, environment, or youth; support for specific projects where the grant constitutes a significant portion of the required funding; detailed budget plans for the grant's use; and projects that promise a broad community impact.
