The Grable Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children in the Pittsburgh region. They believe in nurturing possibilities for children inside and outside the classroom, through early childhood to formative years, by supporting organizations focused on enriching children's experiences and development.

The grant program focuses on several key areas:

  • Early Childhood: Supporting high-quality learning experiences and development support for young children and their parents.
  • Public Schools: Enhancing the educational journey from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, fostering environments where students can thrive with the support of dedicated educators and leaders.
  • Out-of-School Time: Investing in afterschool, summer, and mentoring programs that offer creative and exploratory opportunities beyond the classroom.
