The Youth Foundation promotes the welfare and betterment of children and young people up to 25 years of age through contributions to their physical and intellectual development and formation of character. Managed by the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS®, it was founded with assets willed by Arthur Richards, earmarked specifically for supporting education, social services, and the arts for youth. The foundation’s history is intertwined with Milwaukee’s real estate development since 1951.
