The program targets projects that align with at least one strategic focus area and address equity, community voice, or disrupting systems, aiming to ensure equitable healthcare access, foster a diverse arts ecosystem, support families and youth, ensure basic needs are met, and enhance economic opportunities through English Language Learning and job training.
