This competitive grant program aims to support local-level educational activities for healthcare professionals involved in treating heart failure patients at risk for TTR Amyloidosis. It encourages organizations to identify and address the educational needs of these professionals to enhance awareness and facilitate early and appropriate patient identification through an evidence-based approach. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until funds are depleted.
