Fostering an equitable and healthy Richmond region by promoting community safety and healing. This includes investing in mental health and wellness initiatives, addressing community violence through intervention, prevention, and healing initiatives, all with a focus on serving people of color who are disproportionately affected.

The Opportunity Investments Grant aims to support mission-aligned organizations facing urgent and unexpected challenges and opportunities, particularly in times of significant change. Grants range from $1,000 to $7,500, offered on a rolling basis until funds are expended, allowing for timely and effective responses to immediate needs.

Submission

Review Criteria

Preference will be bestowed upon organizations demonstrating internal efforts and advancements in diversity, equity, and inclusion at both Board and staff levels.
