GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE LENDING AREA OF MASCOMA BANK. AN ORGANIZATION RECEIVING FUNDS FROM THE FOUNDATION IS ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A NEW APPLICATION IF AT LEAST 24 MONTHS HAS PASSED SINCE THEY HAVE RECEIVED A DONATION.
