THE FOUNDATION REQUIRES A WRITTEN GRANT REQUEST DESCRIBING THE CHARITABLE PROGRAM TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE GRANT REQUEST. SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS, OTHER THAN A RECOGNIZED CHURCH, MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR IRS DETERMINATION LETTER WITH THE GRANT REQUEST. FOR GRANTS OF ORGANIZATION OTHER THAN PUBLIC CHARITIES, THE FOUNDATION EXERTS EXPENDITURE RESPONSIBILITY.
