Overview

The CFSHWP Grant program by the Community Foundation is designed to support a broad spectrum of causes spanning arts and culture, community and civic affairs, education, health, and human services. Specifically, the grant aims to:

  • Enhance access to, and appreciation for, arts and culture.
  • Support community engagement, capacity building, and economic development.
  • Improve educational attainment and access to learning opportunities across all ages and settings.
  • Promote physical and mental health, access to quality healthcare, and disease prevention.
  • Strengthen human services to support family and individual development, address emergency needs, and cater to those with special needs, such as socio-economically disadvantaged groups, the disabled, and those requiring preventive care.

The grant is open to a variety of requests that align with these critical areas, challenging community partners to propose impactful long-term solutions.
